So today was my last full day in the UK it was also conveniently close to my mum’s birthday so I spent it packing and also enjoying a nice pub lunch to celebrate.

Downloaded this last night for 400 bioware points which is 3 quid or so not very long but a lot of fun. So far the addons have been a bit hit and miss this one is a lot of fun tho.

HURRAH! Google have got together with typekit and created an online API for embedding fonts into web pages. Fonts have long been a problem because of embedded copyright. However, Google have now provided some lovely fonts where you don't need to worry about the copyright and you can just use them on your site. And they're fast. And cross-browser. Hurrah!

There seems to be very differencing opinions of them, what are your opinions?

By now, most people have noticed that I’ve switched from my venerable iPhone 3G to an HTC Desire. I’ve had it a little over a week and, on balance, I’m happy with it.

Does anyone have a spare USB Mains adapter or 2 I could borrow for June? (basically a 3-pin plug adapter that allows you to plug a USB cable in to charge something)

I thought I had one, but it seems to have gone walkabout, and I'm probably going to need a couple for JOGLE (laptops have been thoroughly un-recommended, as luggage is going to be chucked onto lorries and generally mis-handled)

It seems to do this rental thing there are a lot of palms that need greasing. Since I’m not going to be in the country and I don’t have anyone local who is foolish enough to get lumbered with the chore I’m having some outfit manage my flat for me. This obviously costs and they get a cut of my rental income.
