I needed a 'posh' car, a sort of Lexus or Merc level for Icar as the chaps kept stealing them. This is the first pass at the model (there will be a another version). Any thoughts for a name for it?

I was thinking along the lines of Regal but that sounds like a filthy cinema/bingo hall in the north.

This is a goody. A few months ago, they released the SDK in an open beta and people have been making mods etc for L4D. Well, now they have put up an interface to help you play them - and get your mates all playing the same one. Looks like it fits neatly into the same Campaign/etc framework. Super.

I know Spore wasn't everyone's cup of tea but I think this new expansion will reinvigorate it for me. :) I hope they improve the management of many colonies because it was annoying having to jet back across the void to cure some sort of disease - even when you've tooled up the planet with all the disease killing stuff.

I loved Spore but the end game was somewhat tiresome. Sounds like they've listened to the community and now they're rectifying it!

Of course, it might just miss the mark like the original game did for many.

I've been downloading a few HL2 mods recently (for the impending Con) and there are some crackers out there. Now Steam is going to start hosting them, that's Win for everyone.

I've been collecting free RPG stuff for ages now. Ever since Rob Barrows epic 'Entalis' disappeared from the net, I've been downloading free RPGs and sticking them in a folder on my computer. Yags, Jags, Fudge, Fate and so on. I also do a lot of egosurfing for Icar, that is putting "Icar rpg" into Google and seeing who is linking to it and what people are saying.

Apparently, Square Enix have a new xbox RPG coming out in a scant 10 days, which I knew nothing about. It looks pretty impressive though - I'll probably have to pick it up, even if I've still got weeks (if not months) left of Lost Odyssey.
