Interesting, this isn't the first site hit with a cease and desist warning in the last month or so.
That fan made materials can be considered GW copyright seems a bit odd.

It's use of Trademarks that is the issue.

GW have always been overly protective of their IP...this has happened before. If you ask nicely, and do a site based on only their games they are normally supportive, however they don't really support multi-publisher sites...they don't really need them.

They are in a very unique position in the gaming world. They are one of the most expensive companies, almost certainly the most popular, and the only one with dedicated bricks and mortar establishments... I know that they don't like even fan sites having army point values posted up, their legal department is very heavy-handed...
