First Android phone by T-Mobile

Looks very snacky but I'd need to see it and play with it. Never buy the first version of anything.

Specs:
phone is 4.6 x 2.16 x 0.63 inches,
weighs 5.6 ounces,
features a 480 x 320 HVGA display,
sports 3G (obviously),
GPS,
has a 3.1-megapixel camera,
supports up to 8GB of memory (though no format is mentioned),

HTC Dream - First Google Android phone

Available in October, it's packed with features. I'm just glad that there is a phone with Android on it. I will wait for a generation before I swap up but it's really exciting!

Wired reviews Google's Android

If you haven't had my vitriol about Android yet, you're probably lucky. The SDK is marvellous and as Larry Page says, "A phone's a computer, right?".

The article is nearly well balanced, it leans a little too much over to Google for my Scientific mind liking. I'd have prefered a little more comparison with other small OS systems.

Wifi Army

A google-phone game where you use augmented reality to shoot other people playing. Makes me want android a lot. A lot a lot.

Anyone recognise the font of the W2PI logo? I certainly do.

Just installing Google Analytics onto the site. I'll give access to the admin when I have your google account ids. Pete, I've added you, because that one was in my gmail address book. If anyone else wants it, then post your Google ID here.

Photos, how to get them online. The easy way.

So, you have a load of photos and you want to get them online? This is how. I recommend Google's excellent Picasa. It comes in two parts:

1. Download Picasa. Install it. After that, it will run off and look for all your pictures on your hard drive.
