Between them Fish and Rob spent last week getting some new board games to me. Among them was a new-ish game called Tomb. It's been billed a dungeon romper, but one that can be played in a sensible amount of time. This weekend I forced the game on Gill to see how it went!

Nintendo have recently started doing their equivalent to xbox live arcade or playstation network which they have titled wii ware. They have of course been doing virtual console for ages or as I like to think of it selling our otherwise worthless back catalogue to people who may already own it.

F'ing expensive but interesting none the less

This is a little amusing review

I picked up a game called Zack and Wiki - (some sub title I forget) for the Wii at the end of last week and it seems to me the best yet use of the Wii's capabilities to make a fun reasonably light game.

I'm a fan of Biowares games since way back. I can vividly remember arguing the pros and cons of various party members for Baldur's Gate 2 while when we were at uni. Knights of the Old Republic was one of the first must have titles for the xbox and was a game I played into the ground.

I've been on the look out for a practical mini laptop for a while, something that won't break the bank, is nice and small, and yet still vaguely practical for the odd bit of computing on the move.

Assassin's Creed is one of the most hyped games of the year right up there with Halo 3 and Bioshock. I got my copy of the 360 version yesterday. From the team that wrote the wonderful Prince of Persia:Sands of time this new game from Ubisoft Montreal puts you in the role of a assassin called Altaïr in the time of the third crusade.
