I'm fed up with Twitter, it keeps dumping Tweets and isn't responding to various Pipes or feeds I've tried to set up. Coupled with huge amounts of downtime, it's time to move over to Plurk. It's got a nice timeline system and something called Karma, which is points for posting, having friends and so on.

MobileMe is Apple's new service that provides a load of services for OSX and the iPhone for $99 per year. It looks like they've not only dropped the ball but sat down on it to ask where it's gone. You'd have to be a gullible twat to sign up to such a service. Let me explain why...

I've signed up as brainwiped and it looks really good. You can do the webcam/IM/voice as well as sharing the screen of your PC. All running in Flash 9. Very nice indeed.

A plugin is needed to allow you to share the screen.

We should pointlessly organise a meeting to check it out. Wednesday night anyone?

I am getting stuck into that game that none of you had played before and never will (TGTNOYHPBANW). I'm writing this entry really as a public announcement such that I will bloody well get TGTNOYHPBANW up and running and into a Beta game. Please feel free to use this post as a reason to hassle me.

It's sort of second life through the web with a nation-states twist. I was thinking of giving it a go. Anyone heard of it?

Quite an interesting idea where you can build your own virtual world and it links to other virtual worlds. They are also talking about having web access through Flash (with the 3D support that's coming). It's not complete yet but worth keeping an eye on.
