There should be minimum speed limits on motorways. I'd go with 60/80/100 for the 3 lanes. I ws coming back from the Midlands today down the M40, and with the atrocious weather I was taking it easy at 80, and that pretty much left me in the middle lane anyway.
That said, I'm currently watching a program about traffic issues in the UK, and its pretty much portraying pedestrians, cyclists and drivers as complete assholes, so perhaps we should just ban everyone from travelling at all...
