Just come off there coming back from London...lots of warnings coming upto it, but it wasn't too bad, and the temporary lights were on, so guess they fixed it. Lots of people were leaving at J10...perhaps trying to avoid J11, and reducing the problem?

Coming down the lower Earley way at 17:30 was normal traffic, Wokingham and the little roads that go parallel to the M4 were all normal.
