I'm flying out to Boston tomorrow to go to PAX East. I normally go to PAX Prime which is closer to me (in Seattle) but this year I'm meeting Byrnie and Jen in Boston for PAX east. Boston being nicely equidistant from here and the UK with a relatively less arduous 6hr flight makes it more palatable.
We have a nice airbnb booked in the back bay area just off from the scenic Charles river and will be enjoying PAX over the weekend then have the week following to enjoy the splendor of Boston which is full of revolutionary history as well as a very good science museum plus lots of other things.
It's also currently suffering from a Blizzard and temperatures in the going down to -12 degC and some 105 inches of snow which given I'm more used to the balmy Californian weather is likely going to come as a bit of a shock to the system and I've acquired suitable insulation to mitigate that.
So I won't be about for sunday gaming this week. I'll likely be doing my usual process of documenting our adventures via twitter and on the badger
So here's hoping it doesn't all get snowed in :)
